Online Rest and Restore- Restorative Yoga
April Date TBC
A restorative yoga practice is deeply nourishing and extremely gentle, offering you the opportunity to pause, relax, rest and restore.
During this practice we will use props to support the body, inviting muscles to completely relax and let go of tension. Restorative yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which slows the heart rate, regulates blood pressure, and relaxes the body. Benefits are reported for anxiety, insomnia, headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions.
Super gentle, supported postures are held for several long minutes, making this practice accessible to anyone who can get on and off the floor without too much difficulty.

Summer Solstice Yoga Mala – The Journey of 108 Sun Salutations
TBC
Join me for a celebration of Light, transition, and new beginnings.
A Yoga Mala is an age-old movement meditation that unites body, breath & mind through the practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
The mala is a moving meditation, not a competition, and you are encouraged to listen to your body. Practice as many or as few sun salutations as you feel appropriate. The idea is that through the repetition, you will find meditation in motion. It truly is a potent practice.
The practice will take approximately 2 hours. All levels of experience are welcome, but some prior experience with Vinyasa yoga would be helpful.
