Winter Warmer Rest and Restore – Online Restorative Yoga Evening

“Restorative yoga reminds us that don’t have to do more than feel complete. Enough might look like reclining with support. And letting gravity hold you.”

It’s that time of year again when life gets busy, and I invite you to slow down. Yes, the holiday season is upon us and we find ourselves rushing around ticking off the to do lists.

Join me in my annual winter warmer restorative yoga evening where you are encouraged to rest, restore, and reset. This restorative yoga practice is deeply nourishing and extremely gentle, offering you the opportunity to pause and find stillness.
