Sunday 8-9am Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. (Prepare to work dynamically!)

All of my Classes are mixed abilities, and students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, working to their own individual levels.
I also offer 1:1 tuition, Private Group classes, as well as Private Corporate classes. Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
