My classes are body positive and inclusive. Due to Covid-19 there has been a few changes to my regular teaching schedule. I am now offering on-line classes and 1:1’s via Zoom, as well as taking more classes outdoors into the garden. You can also practice with me at Maidstone YMCA and Pympes Court Farm.
